Return & Refund Policy

At Alderwald, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase — we are happy to assist.

  • Returns: Soaps may only be returned if they are completely unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing faults. (just write us an email, we'll work something out :-D )

  • Hygiene Notice: Returned soaps are not resold for obvious hygiene reasons and also brand integrity. Every soap sold is a brand new one. 

  • Replacements: If there is a problem with your order, we are happy to offer a replacement or arrange a return if needed.

  • Unsatisfaction: If you are simply not happy with your order, returns are possible under our 100% satisfaction policy.

Please note, while we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied, this policy is not an invitation for abuse. Alderwald reserves the right to exercise best judgment in handling each return or refund request.
